The Existential Burden of Life

Carl never had a sense of his own mortality. Carl didn't know that his life would end one day. Ashley knew that. And because we knew the fleeting lifespan of Carl we would argue about the best life for Carl. That thing is called, the thing we felt for him is called existential angst. We had existential burden for this snail. He gets hand fed kale every night and gives bass and he lives in the counter. Like wouldn't you want to live in a hotel and someone just bathe you and feed you kale all day? I'm like, wow, okay, I see your point.
