Bolshevik Central Committee - The Constituent Assembly

Bolshevik leaders drafted a proclamation dissolving the constituent assembly. The session continued all night, but at four o'clock in the morning an armed sailor strode up to the tribune and shut it down for the night. After a single session lasting just about 12 hours, the long awaited constituent assembly never reconvened.
