Gramaers: If you get a candidate that gives you their current boss for reference, i think that's huge. Andithink it's important that you got to kind of mind those references and really drill down on the ones they don't necessarily want you to talk to. This isn't a flag by any means, but it can be like a checuered flag, if you will.
