The chinese government is going to put all the money necessary to flip those incentives. Any tech executive that just is praying that things go back to normal as they were for the last 20 years, i think is making a mistake. The fact that trump can pursue this policy and have it be a pretty popular policy means that other peple are likely to go after him too.
