I went to the attorney general's office and like signed the paperwork to like put myself on child support so that by law she had to let me see my son great as long as I like paid the money which I had no problem giving her money like she's never been selfish or mature with money she's never been the type that if I gave her like 500 bucks and told her spend that on our son then she she wouldn't she wouldn't use a dime for herself you know yeah so I had no I had never had a problem giving her money and after a few months once my son was like because we split up when he was maybe like five months once my son was getting closer to a year I think she'd gotten over the breakup we had had her our worst fights behind us and we started working out like our whole other schedule on our own like outside of what um the child support we didn't even like go to court we went to our first court day and we worked out like a schedule and like a whole agreement before even seeing the judge so he's just like signed that

I got into consulting and doing my own thing so that I can add a zero on top of it. But if I would have tried to do that after a year or two of experience, I never would have made it."
Deciding when it's time to do consulting from doing things for free - Scott: "I have enough of a reputation out there of being helpful and doing this stuff and enough people who've gone on to succeed that I have to put up a filter to protect my time."
Succeed first in your main roles - Scott: "Side income is not commission replacement, that's not the way to look at it. The side hustle income should be augmenting your full on-target earnings and your commission. You're definitely thinking of it backwards if it's a replacement."
