At least three states in the union were using race as a criterion for determining eligibility for monoclonal anti bodies and other treatments. In minnesota, they had a kind of coved rist calculator that gave two extra points for bipo status, black, indigenous or other person of color. A s s m health, which is a very large hospital system in the midwest and south, 23 hospitals, allocated seven points to people who are non white.
