Do You Think That's a Smart Strategy?

Reports of russian troops arresting ukranian civilians in the city of corson um. Some 400 or so have been arrested as internet services cut in the city this morning. What do you read on that sort of approach to this invasion? To it doesn't seem terriblyer promising, terribly wise after all. And it seems, in fact, extremely likely to be hugely counterproductive.
