Songwriting - What's It All About?

This year has taught us a lot about stillness, and it is to be still. And i think human beings, by nature, search for coping mechanisms and distractions to avoid that. It has changed everything about the way that i do what i do. A it gave me a perspective of, you know, i was pretty upset when my shows all got cancelled,.
