10% of dinners now are being eaten in sit down restaurants before 5 o'clock at night. People's patterns have really changed, particularly people who work in jobs where you can work remotely. Restaurants used to be crowded after 8 o'clock because people would have these commutes. Now they're going to have to reverse it and do the specials in the8 o'clock hours.
