The 14th Amendment and the Supreme Court

Krugman: I think this debt ceiling thing, which is where we had started out, is completely created by the Republicans. The strategy I wanted was 14th Amendment, giving the Supreme Court two days. And so that they would just have to go like, OK, on top of everything else, getting rid of Roe. We also want to be known as the court that crashed the worldwide economy and give them just two days.
