The Pain in My Knees Is Not Structural
The pain that I experience is actually my rage. And once I started telling my knees and just having a conversation with them saying, yeah, there's nothing wrong with you. You're structurally fine. It was hard for me to understand. But I mean, once I just even acknowledged the pain in my knees is not structural. Like there just is nothing wrong with my knees. After three to five weeks of really intensively just talking directly to my knees and saying, there'sNothingwrong with you. It's rage and thinking about what causes me rage and acknowledging that I'm carrying rage around with me inside me all the time. I haven't had knee pain since.
