T-Mobile's No Fault Termination Clause Is Not Acceptable Commercial Conduct
T-Mobile attempted to break their partnership by activating a so-called no fault termination clause. If successful, it would have given them all of our shares worth over half a billion pounds for just one pound. In the end, we decided on principle to stand firm. We're in the right here. I'm not being bullied by them. A bad day for T-Mobile just got worse. By taking us to court, they had ended up losing well over 500 million pounds. The judge ordered them to give us all of their shares worth 500 million pounds for one pound. What's more, they were made to pay the cost of both sides as well as the damages.
