How to Build a Company Around a Challenge

VJ: I would love to pick your brain for any sort of lessons that you've learned or advice that you'd give people that are coming up behind you. And certainly with this right now actually VJ because there's a number of opportunities that build on some of the work that's coming out of CRISPR biology and technology that could be ready for a company. Is that better done in a company or is it better done in academic labs? "I think probably the answer is yes so you kind of need both"
