The Importance of Visceral Fat
Your visceral fat should be 10% or less of your overall body fat. Men I would really want to have you hit somewhere in the 15 to 20% range. Women 20 to 25% if you're one of the curvier women, depending on your body type. The sedentary average is 18 to 24% for men and 25 to 31% for women. 32% or more for women, obese. 25%. or more for men, obese.
