Do I Need to Replace the Salt That I Lose?

If you do not have large sweat losses or an above average sweat sodium concentration, there's likely little or no need to replace any any sodium that you lost. If we are just trying to sort of quote unquote prevent a whole body sodium deficit in that way, do we kind of think of glycogen, but we ignore its relationship with water? So yeah, that's the main sort of crux of it.
