i think what's important is that we can make choices about what we focus on. And the only thing we have to fear, in some ways, is fear itself. We can spend time every day focusing on the things that are life giving and give us a connection with each other. Those because this is not just an imunologic crisis. This is also a anxiety crisis. I mean, i im really lucky to have been able to cultivate a psect where i can nacturally see a lot of the good rather than the negativity right now.
