Every week and start up school, we've asked you in the soft ware to fill out a to define your primary metric. So what are the right k p is to set? I'm going to beak this down into two pieces, primary metric and secondary metric. And most of to day it's going to be focused on the primary metric. You can only pick one, one, primo metric and asthe metric. It's a way to focus and keep things very simple.
