Julie Osborne: C b t is a tool that can help people with mental health issues. She says it helps break down and understand their thoughts, how that affects their mood. Osborne also uses skits of frenny to help her clients deal with the voices they hear in their heads. "It all comes down to hae here thinking about our situation," she says.
