Wildflower Meadows and Biodiversity

A species-rich meadow has lots of wildflowers in it and can often contain lots of rare species. A really good meadow is a biodiversity haven, says Carl Sayer from University College London. Here at King's College, Cambridge, we've had a traditional fine lawn since the 1770s. We wondered if we could do more with the area by establishing a wildflower meadow.
