Roland Martin: Rates don't have to go up much from near zero for people to freak the hell out. I think that, i think that whole concept is going to start getting renounced very quickly if rates start to go up. The last thing i want to ask about thus as this is it, i promise, is just a lot of talk about inflation. Ye where are you sand it? To my mind, the frentind rates are almost the most interesting,. because that's used on day to day basis by business.
