Piggosan's Speech to the General in Charge of Ukraine Operations

The Russian vice minister of defense was captured by Wagner forces in the city of Rostov. Piggosan declared that he was heading to Moscow to rid Russia of the corruption, basically the Ministry of Defense and the leading generals commanding the Russian military. He also kidnapped a Russian officer, supposedly tortured him and got him to say all kinds of stuff on tape accusing the generals and everybody else of all kinds of nasty stuff. Early this morning while it was still dark it became clear that it was a force, Wagner forces, basically it entered Rostov and had surrounded the officers there.
