The Politics of Approval Ratings

I have many beefs with the Constitution, but one of them is that it is extremely difficult to remove the head of state. I think this is a legacy of Clinton. All of our political conversations now take place on two levels. There's the scandal and there's what does Ohio think about the scandal? How is it going to affect? How is the scandal going to play out? Right?
