Flair's Cops: The Chief Ranger's Remote Hut
Djunga has had a lot of practice with writing about that kind of thing, and it shows. The book was a dreamy soliloquy; now we see dramatic wartime action. Strikingly, the brothers return to botany but then get two conspiring visitors. They leave for the chief ranger's territory where they are soon met by two confused, horrific, riveting battles. He is so certain he has captured the very essence of tyranny, quote, the abode of tyranny in all its shame,. It makes it exceedingly obvious this is where the third and final act begins - as the pace of the book changes entirely.
