Is Twitter a Good News Delivery Mechanism?
There probably just isn't enough density of content for niche topics to make it worth it. That's probably a huge reason why news is, like, a primary reason that most people use twitter. If you know the basic contours of the story of what's going on with some national news story, then you can find some funny tweet about it or some smart tweet about it. But if i make some joke that's like a reference to, you know, some inside deep tet community thing, that's not legible outside those ten thousand people who are extremely on line within tet. It's like an old th algrithm is not going to be able to make much use of it
