The Importance of Confidence in Training

The inner animal and heads-up display are two critical components for the athlete to help self-regulate themselves. When an athlete does become more confident in self-regulating, making course corrections based on how they feel or life-stressers, they enjoy it more. It's not another job that you have to hit benchmarks around - training is integrated into a healthy human being with many hats typically in life.
