The Importance of Formation in the Workforce
The biggest thing a worker needs if you're working as a human being is you need formation. You need to know how to think you need integrity and in virtues. There's not a single college of education that should exist today. They have the least prepared students. The worst professors who should never have gotten a graduate degree, probably not a bachelor's. And they are anti American. Is this why I was a board in college? Yes.
