Introduction
Sovereignity really seems to be changing a rapidly in the digital age. It's something that we've long associated mostly with, you know, the state. But on line, again, you're actually relatively sovereign over your domain name. In vr, you can build, because no one can prevent you from doing something. You may decide to join a company and have a c o as your boss,. Or to join the military and have an admiral or a general who can tell you to do something. So i think of sovereignty as a continuum. And what i mean by that is: Can they edit their land? Can they create things without requiring approval from some outside force?
