How to Fuel Yourself for Endurance Sports

Tiredness, repeated niggles or injuries are some of the things to keep an eye out for. The first thing we want to do is just make sure that the amount of energy that they're getting from their food and drink is enough to sustain them. If there's limited energy coming in and they're burning the energy, you know, with that exercise, then there are some other things like immune health or menstrual cycle for females which can be affected by that.
