How Do You Choose What a School in the Middle of Denmark Should Be Teach?

In the middle of Denmark there are many different local dialects. The way they're spoken and pronunciation is so different then how does a school not go for the standard high Danish? Is it up to their own choice just to speak in a local dialect huh actually that's a good question I don't have an answer for that but I would guess that it's encouraged but probably not.
