Is There a Difference Between Bitcoin and Silicon Valley Jobs?

I think it's absolutely starting to happen, but we're still at the early stages of that. So I'm encouraged actually by the direction we're going, we're heading in the right way, right? But it is to some degree already happening where let's say, let's say someone just from the traditional tech landscape who maybe personally owned multiple coins or dabbled in FTS or whatever. You're also though, starting to see it happen for people who have been working at those other companies, the web three companies. And so that's really exciting because for better or worse, those types of individuals have already shown some interest in entering an early stage industry.
