The Golden Era of Weird Things

I feel that, you know, there's just sometimes it was easy to know about something without having to actually experience the depth of it. I mean, way more anecdotes and incidents quote unquote were like, what happened here? What's this weird video of this giant light that streams down and nobody can explain? It feels like we're in like the golden era of this stuff now. Maybe we just have better ways to document it.
