Grey Airbnb: The Future of Airbnb

The company is working with a range of landlords, smaller landlords, and larger ones. Grey Star, UDR, Equity Residential, Starward, Capital just signed on. I do think this will expand beyond the United States. We're starting here. And frankly, we're going slow because we want to make sure this works for the landlords as well.
