Bipolar is only 4.4 percent of our population there are other people who have a bipolar personality which is formed out of abuse and neglect when they were child usually by their primary caregivers or anybody who guardian them. Patients may be told that they're somewhere in the bipolar spectrum and that can be very confusing so you know the person has to wonder and am I bipolar or not just tell me, Dr bells says.
