What I Learned From This Experience
Don worked hard, but he had a busy life outside of work as well. He learned that coming in on weekends isn't actually fun and that time in lieu is an illusion. Don focused on the meticulous day to day work that needed to be done. And this paid off when he became a senior developer and then eventually a team lead.
