Building a Massive Team

I'm just curious, as i in order to have a massive impact and make something like that, i believe that you need to have a bunch of talent people around you. And there's a lot of potential headaches in and struggles that come with building out a massive team. So instead of going that sulopeneur route, you went building a teams. The second piece is that for the first seven years of my career, i felt that every every culture that i was in suppressed my creativity and my intelligence and my ability to move forward.
