Is Twitterblue a Self Service Repair Programme?

Twitterblue comes with alternative icons and themes, which seems like a weird thing for a company as big as twitter to be hanging their hat on. We also got news this week that apple has announced a self service repair programme. You're going to be able to order manuals, tools and parts from apple and repair your devices yourself. It'll be interesting to see how extensive the repair kits are initially.
