The Erasure of War Crimes
North Korea is believed to be involved in any number of criminal activities effectively sponsored by the state. It's just a very easy way for them to get hold of foreign currency and hard cash for one of the few things that actually North Korea does have decent supplies of, which is weapons. And I think what's going on here, you know, we have this sort of sanitised understanding of what happens with war crimes. But it's very difficult to cover up when you have killed hundreds of people, thousands of people.
