It's about fun. Has any of this turned violent? Yes. There are obviously car wrecks that result from these actions. They hit a bus. And you have kids in Columbus who aren't wearing seat belts when they're doing this. Why would you put on a seat belt when you're going on one of these joy rides if you don't even know how to drive a car?"
Turns out Kias and Hyundais are easy to steal. Teens are taking advantage, and putting it all on TikTok.
