How Much Protein Should I Get in a Specific Nut?

As an individual ages so let's take a step back when you're young you can do whatever you want, and you're going to get results. As increase in anabolic resistance happens the body protein need actually goes up. The amino acids in the blood per meal to reach that threshold at say two and a half grams is necessary if you want to continue to maintain and grow your muscle as you age. So my recommendation for individuals as the age would be to really hit 30 to 50 grams per meal.
