How to Take Back Control of Your Workweek
What we fail to realize is that our head would be further above water if we dedicated the time to analyzing. Setting some time in our weekly planning dedi ed to evaluating and analyzing our previous week's performance, critiquing how things went. The idea is to expose inefficiencies in moments of friction. By doing so, we can eliminate these things from compounding or getting out of hand down the road. And this then allows us to implement small changes the following week.
