The Importance of Plausible Deniability

The advanced nature of the code narrows down the suspect list. It looks an awful lot like stuff that comes out of the United States, maybe. And also Israel and the US work together. That's the common thread. So far when we've been talking about hidden hands behind humans, why are we going to talk about raccoons? We don't need any stinking badgers.
