In any patient like this one, where you can't palpate a pulse should be started, or chest compressions should be started. In two thousand 22 we still manage p a as a rhythm of arrest. And i personally believe that there mig be a group within thet spectrum of p a that actually benefits from holding off in chec which has compressions and providing a treatment more like what we give to those patients in cartegenic shock.
