MJ: When I first joined the company 10 years ago, I was the only hire on the team. And over the years, we assembled this sort of motley crew of designers, food nerds, engineers, creatives. We've got people from like 12 different, you know, 12 different heritages from around the world. This is trying to tackle on a global situation because everybody uses pots and pans. So how do you make something that's practical, not just for America, but for everybody?
