I'm a person who has like just lots of meetings on my calendar most days. And so those push me. I've actually found Pomodoro's to be really helpful. So you work for 25 minutes is the traditional amount of time and then you spend five minutes taking a break stretching, walking, getting some, getting a beverage or something. You do a couple of Pomodoro’s and then you take a larger break. It can help keep yourself focused during that 25 minutes but not just staring at the screen for two and a half hours straight.
