When people have gotten to a point where they realize that the way they're doing things aren't working, and they're curious about another way, that's when you can have a crack. How do you encourage people in those situations to be more vulnerable? And what was so beautiful about the night was that people start sharing other parts of their live and bond around identities that are surprising and unexpected.
