When it comes to something like sprinting or swimming, what are we looking for? Like, is that going to be a lot less variable relative to maybe different ways you could pitch or swing s racket. I always say, kind of, the variability in your movement is got to be proportional to the variability in conditions of your task ratLike running down a field is credibly variable. Running back is millin people coming from you in different directions. Whereas sprinting, running and sprinting is wayway less variable, relatively speaking.
