50% of global omissions are produced by the richest ten % of people in the world. Yet, a world bank study estimates that more than 100 and forty million people in subsaher an, africa, south asia and latin america will be displaced due to climate disruption by 20 50. It's not only on the poorest countries on earth to protect their rain forests. If you want those forests to stay intact, because they're ably valuable carbon sinks, then we have a collective responsibility to keep them intact. We've been king a bit about the us. But obviously climate change is global. And how will confronting the crisis necessarily require remaking that system?
