The Importance of Lower Costs in the Construction Industry

The cost of lumber has come down. Trade routes have reopened. Zoning regulations are still stuck in a 1960s, 1970s period. A lot of communities have space to build. It's just that they don't necessarily want to approach it from this way today. We've covered our eyes and ears during the last, you know, two, three decades,. sort of in denial over the fact that we actually need to build housing.
