Russ's Importance in the NBA

I think the overall level of intensity and just focus that Russ demands in his teammates is going to be good for this team. There was just a lack of urgency that persisted far too often last year where you just feel like how badly do they want it. So all we can go is based upon what PG has said or Kawhi has said. Obviously Kawhi is not as vocal but he was consistent in his comments about how he felt. And I think to the point that I keep bringing up and this is something that you're never going to see on NBA.com looking at stats but again this is nothing against people.
