The Evolution of the Core Stability Concept

Mark O'Mara: I wanted to talk about kind of the evolution of this whole core stability concept. Because that's one that's always a interesting debate, hopefully a constructed debate sometimes not when you're doing it on social media. And then we'll chat a little bit about some of the discussions out there these days around core stability. He says he wasn't a huge advocate of the whole concept of core stability in the beginning. But certainly where the biggest impact it's ever made with me has been the amount of people who kind of have advocated that kind of thing.
